Do you have a healthy curiosity about all things medical? Would you like to become a little more ‘ill-literate’? If so, you’re warmly invited to come along to our highly popular Medicine and History Lecture Series.

Our dynamic and entertaining guest lecturers ensure their presentations are fun and entertaining, as well as educational and enlightening. All the speakers are eminent and respected experts in their field.

Open to everyone, and suitable for those with little or no knowledge of the subject, these lively lectures are held from October to March on Saturday mornings, from 10am to 12.30pm.

It’s essential to book in advance, and you can enrol for the whole series or individual sessions of your choice. You’ll enjoy a great social occasion, and you can also take the opportunity to visit the fascinating Thackray Medical Museum galleries as well as the shop and café.
